Badminton The 1st4sport Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Badminton is the first step on the new BADMINTON England Coaching Pathway. The qualification focuses on both the art and the science of coaching, introducing new coaches to the "How to" skills of coaching as well as helping them to break down and coach the technical and tactical elements of the game. This course is suitable for those new to coaching but who have some knowledge of the game and would like to utilise this knowledge in a coaching environment. Course dates are as follows Day 1 – Sunday 7th September 2008 - 9.30am - 5.30pm Day 2 – Sunday 21st September 2008 - 9.30am - 5.30pm Day 3 – Sunday 5th October - 10.00am - 3.00pm (assessment day) Venue: Crosfields School, Shinfield Road, Reading, Berks RG2 9BL Cost: £195.00 Please note: Places are very limited and will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis.
