If matches are re-arranged, clubs must inform the District Fixture Sectretary, immediately. Where Margaret has been informed of a change in match date, the new date is shown in purple.
This season, players and clubs will be able to actively query the fixture database to obtain a sumary of all matches their team ... or a combination of teams (very useful if your wife/husband/partner plays for a different team/club!).

Each season Margaret gets numerous cards that have been completed incorrectly. The following guidelines have been issued to all clubs and these should be issued to all team captains - especially if someone new is taking on the role!
Incorrectly completed cards may mean that match results are recorded the wrong way round! Please include both first and surnames when completing the scorecards ... this helps Paul complete his match reports.

Additional Notes:
Circle the appropriate League and Division of the match being played (or cross out the irrelevalent leagues/divisions)
Please note that all matches consist of 9 rubbers - each rubber consists of either 2 or 3 games to 15 with setting.
If a match is conceded, the home team must still complete and return the scorecard stating match conceded and by which team.
Captains are welcome to provide comments on the match (i.e. start or note-worthy performances).
