All clubs affiliated to the NDBA have one representative that sits on the General Committee. Each season there is at least one General Committee Meetings and an AGM.

Forthcoming meetings:

Agenda and minutes for the General Committee Meetings will be sent to the General Committee Representitive for each club approx. two weeks in advance of the meeting. For the AGM, these will be issued at least four weeks in advance.
